- 1 In-person or virtual meeting 2-3 weeks out from the event to finalize details (if required)
- Contacting all chosen vendors 1 week prior to the event to make sure they are aware of the timeline and all other specifics for the day
- Event checklist & floor plan finalization (if required)
Wedding Planning

- 1 In-person or virtual meeting 5-6 weeks out from wedding date (wedding agenda and timeline discussion)
- Wedding timeline development and distribution to entire vendor team
- Contacting all chosen vendors 1 week prior to the wedding date to make sure they are aware of the timeline and all other specifics for the day
- Wedding day checklist provided 8 weeks out
